Privacy Policy

• Internal Party, are those who are affiliated with Connect Automation which is PT Environeer as the manufacturer of Connect Automation along with Gelair and CA-Solar as the products of PT Environeer. PT Environeer may or may not add another product outside what has been written in the previous sentence and it will part of Internal Party as long as PT Environeer has means to prove that the additional product is affiliated with PT Environeer
• External Party, or simply said anyone and anything that is not included in point #1 (Internal Party). External Party includes but not limited to website visitors or users, customers, vendors, and any of Connect Automation marketing audience that engages or interacts with Connect Automation within the scope of that marketing media
• Website, refers to Connect Automation website which can be found at www.connect automation.co.id
• Marketing Media, refers to any media that Connect Automation uses for it's marketing objective. The goal of Connect Automation marketing is to gain leads and convert them to customers.
• Along this document, Connect Automation may be mentioned as an equal or a synonim to Internal Party.

• Non-Google Medias, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter are all used for Connect Automation marketing objectives. Connect Automation may or may not use some if not all of the paid marketing tools available within each media. How each media collect External Party data through its paid marketing tools should be refer to their own documentation or privacy policy
• Google Affiliated Medias, such as YouTube, Google Ads, Google Business and some if not all of Google's marketing analytic tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Connect Automation may or may not use some if not all of the paid marketing tools available within Google and its data collection and its uses should be referred to their own documentation or privacy policy
• Website may and may not include forms that collects visitor's data. Visitors agrees to share any data (to Internal Party) they have inputted into the form when they click the form submit button (or any button in the end of every form)
• These medias are a documentation of marketing media used by Connect Automation per 9th November 2021. Connect Automation may add or remove another marketing media in the future

• Non-Google Medias defined in Section B point #1, may be used to collect External Party data both manually using forms (or any method that requires External Party to input their data manually) and automatically (via analytic tracker tools or some sort). Best refer to the media's documentation or privacy policy
• Google Affiliated Media, defined in Section B point #2, may be used but not limited to collect External Party data using search / visitor analysis tools provided by Google. It is also used to share marketing advertising via methods provided by Google
• Website data collection method is defined in Section B point #3
• Direct Communication between Internal Party and External Party may allow Internal Party to request External Party's data which in this situation, External Party can freely decline the request and not give Internal Party their data. If instead declining the request, External Parties share data to Internal Party, it means External Parties already consent to sharing their data to Internal Party

• Connect Automation is allowed to store External Party's data inside a database that is being used by Internal Party for documentation / process purposes
• Connect Automation is allowed to use External Party's data to analyse Connect Automation's marketing strategy as of that moment
• Connect Automation is allowed to use External Party's data to contact, via any method available to Internal Party.
• Connect Automation is allowed to share External Party's sample data to any External Party that is bounded to a secrecy policy which forbids them to share any of the data shared by Internal Party

• Connect Automation is not allowed to share External Party's data to any unknown or foreign party that is not bounded to any secrecy policy reinforced by law without the related External Party's consent. This even includes External Party that shares the same root organization, for example: Connect Automation will deny customer of their request to see another customer's data even if both customers shares the same root / parent organization
• Connect Automation is not allowed to trade External Party's data for anything that is seen or acknowledged of having any value. For example: money, cryptocurrency, market stock, etc
• Connect Automation is not allowed to use External Party's data for any illegal activities both directly and indirectly
